So why do all those kid book authors (or young adult authors) who seem to hit it big time with some series (like Rowling or our friend Meyer) feel the need to make all their subsequent books more adult (this one almost has some sort of age rating on it)? Why don't they just continue to write kids' books. I find it hard to believe that they realize their original target age is older now, but rather they realize that not just kids are reading the books and prefer to target the more lucrative demographic.

And EBV come on man. I expect a little more Twilight bashing from you.

All this makes me not want to even read the last one. But I just can't...help...myself...

I was at Barnes and Noble on the promenade near my work earlier today and I nearly purchased Twilight. April asked me to pick up a new book for her to read and it seemed so tempting. After all, all the women in the world her age seem to love it. But then I remembered your review. Thanks for sparing the Garff family.

You’re right about her deep observation; her wisdom is almost as profound as that of The Sphinx from Mystery Men.

This is a funny article by a lazy reporter.

"Right now, fans are more focused on her new book. Unlike the final Potter book, copies haven't leaked out."

The final book was sold early at a Texas HEB three days ago. Spoilers are all over the internet. My wife even mentioned it on her blog.

I'd comment if I was registered. d^_^b
